- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆This morning at 0915 I visited Kamsons Pharmacy in the High Street, Uckfield to make a purchase. The duty Pharmacist - a lady of a certain age - asked me if my GP was aware that I was taking Paramol in addition to my regular medication. I replied that of course she was and the Pharmacist then said in front of the entire staff, Dont talk to me like that ! Things descended from there. She was rude and inconsiderate and I responded in kind. I feel that there is a staff training issue here and I look forward to hearing what action you are going to take to prevent the intimidation of people who are more vulnerable than me !By Admin, September 18, 2018
